• You are registering voluntarily on your own behalf and not on behalf of any other party.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active account at mco99. Opening multiple accounts ("duplicate accounts") is strictly prohibited and may result in the following actions:

Mco99 supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods to suit the needs of Malaysian players. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR) only.

• Each bonus may only be claimed once per account, per household, per IP address, and per device (unless otherwise stated).

• The odds displayed at the time your bet is confirmed are the odds that will be used to calculate your winnings – regardless of any subsequent odds changes.
• If a match is postponed by more than 24 hours from its original scheduled time, all bets on that match are void and stakes will be refunded.
• Mco99 reserves the right to limit or decline bets from any user for operational or market integrity reasons.
• Bets involving collusion or match manipulation are void and all related funds will be forfeited.

You agree to:

Mco99 reserves the right to suspend or close any account for the following reasons:

• Violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions
• Suspected or confirmed fraud or misconduct
• Failure to provide requested identity verification documents
• Opening multiple accounts
• At the member's own request (voluntary closure)
• Instructions from the relevant authorities

For account closures requested by the member, any valid balance will be processed for withdrawal once all relevant conditions have been met. In cases of fraud or a breach of Terms, mco99 reserves the right to forfeit all balances without compensation.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, mco99 will not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, exemplary, or incidental losses arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to financial losses from betting activity.

Mco99 makes no guarantee that:

• The platform will operate without interruption, errors, or full security at all times
• Any information provided on the platform is complete, accurate, or up to date
• The outcome of any game or bet can be predicted or guaranteed
